What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal, Gcash via Paymongo and Bank transfer via BDO and BPI. Paypal payments will be processed automatically upon checkout. For BDO and BPI payments, you'll receive an email containing the details of our bank accounts where you can transfer your payment. Please email your proof of payment to sales@kiddiecloset.com. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD) which will be fulfilled via Cliqship.
How long does it take for an item to arrive?
Orders within Metro Manila will arrive within 3-5 days after your payment has been confirmed. For provincial orders, it may take 7-10 working days depending on your location.
Do you accept international shipping?
Currently we can only ship nationwide! Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our Instagram and Facebook for more updates.
How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email from us via Shopify with updates on your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
We like to keep your shopping stress free, so this is not a requirement. However if you do decide to set up an account with us, you can be notified of upcoming major sales and discounts. Setting up an account will only take a jiffy and by doing so, we ensure even easier and easier shopping.
How much is the Shipping Fee?
Our Shipping Fee is P150 for orders within Metro Manila and Provincial areas.
I entered the wrong size or color on my order. Can you help me change this?

Can i return a product?
Returns are allowed as long as it is 15 days upon receiving the item. Please make sure that all tags are intact, unwashed and unused. Our team will evaluate your returned item to check if we can do a store credit or exchange a different item for you. Note that we will not accept returns for underwear, swimwear and inner wear for hygiene purposes. We will shoulder the shipping fee costs for any errors / issues from our end only.
